How does the free trial work?
Pick a plan and add a payment method to start your trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can update your payment method from your subscription settings.
Do I need both TikTok Shop and Whatnot?
No. Every plan works with one store or both, and you can connect the second store whenever you're ready.
Is hiring a moderator included in my plan?
The moderator marketplace is part of the platform. Moderators you book are paid for their sessions separately.
